Local Hong Kong Shipping:

Local SF shipping is included in every purchase. Please make sure you provide the correct information for the shipment to arrive at your door.

Please allow 1-3 business days to arrive after processing.

International Shipping:

All packages are shipped via HKPOST. A tracking number will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.

Please make sure you provide the correct information for the shipment to arrive to you safely.

E-express: 14-28 business days to arrive after processing

Surface mail: 60-90 days to arrive after processing

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We try to best accurately show and describe each item through photos, vidoes, instagram stories, and instagram lives. Exceptions for returning:

Faulty bracelets and necklaces ONLY. (Handmade items only)

Please return to us in the same condition that you received it, well packaged for shipping back for a store credit refund or alternative. When returning goods, please note that we only refund standard shipping and no couriers.
